FAQ's

What are the workshops about?

Our workshops combine art and therapy to enhance trust and communication in relationships. Art uses creative processes to help individuals express feelings and improve overall mental health.

Who can attend the workshops?
What is the workshop format?

Workshops foster deeper connections, improve communication skills, and create a safe space to explore emotions. These workshop sessions are offered in a small group setting in a therapeutic setting.

Anyone interested in improving their relationship can attend. This is a great opportunity for team building and strengthen communication, connection and trust amongst couples, peers, team mates and colleagues.

Workshops include guided art activities with a art facilitator and then a therapeutic discussion with a therapist. Sometimes its just hard to communicate with words, so this play approach is both fun and allows people to express themselves differently.
